What follows are some definitions of the most
common types of dreams we all experience. There is no such thing as a
“bad” dream as all dreams are meant to teach you something about
yourself. Remember, dreams are trying to get your attention, and once
you figure out the message, you can have a lot of fun in your Dream
World. Dreams are an opportunity to strengthen the power of your
imagination. So have fun with them.

If you are being chased in your dream or running
from something or someone in your dream, there is something in your
*real* life that you are avoiding looking at.
If you are running in slow motion or running without moving
anywhere, you will soon have to face what you are running from.
Take a moment to turn around and face what is chasing you.
Remember to use your imagination to your advantage.
In the dream world, nothing can hurt you.
As John F. Kennedy once said, “There is nothing to fear, but fear
itself.” |
